Delivery and Return policy

HONOR VILLA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE RATES (for those who have made a reservation with a rate, this rule does not apply).

Rates include all taxes.

Room reception (Check-In): starting at 3 p.m.

Room release (Check-Out): until 11 o’clock.

Reservations for which an advance has not been paid and/or for which a deposit of 30% of the total value of the stay has not been made in advance are considered by HONOR VILLA as non-guaranteed reservations.

For guaranteed or prepaid reservations:

If no other conditions are specified in the written confirmation received from HONOR VILLA, then:

The deadline for canceling a reservation, without charging a penalty, is up to 15 (fifteen) days before arrival. The advance paid is returned within 30 days of the cancellation request. in case of cancellation and reimbursement of the advance payment, we will charge bank commissions.
For cancellations made in an interval of less than 15 (fifteen) days but up to 72 hours before arrival, the value of the first night’s accommodation is charged, the amount deducted from the advance paid.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival, or in case of no-show, the entire value of the reservation will be charged, the amount withheld from the advance paid.
in case of no-show, HONOR VILLA reserves the right to release the room/rooms for the rest of the stay.
Reservations made at least 3 days before the arrival date are accepted only on the basis of available seats.

Customers receive the reservation confirmation by email, max. 3 hours after the payment was made.

Reservations paid with the holiday card at the POS in the agency or through the Netopia payment link, once confirmed and the accommodation voucher issued, cannot be canceled and the money collected returned, the penalty being 100% according to the law.
Which holiday vouchers do we accept?

We accept the following types of holiday tickets:

  • Edenred (Holiday Ticket)
  • Cheque Dejeuner Romania (Cheque Vacances/UP Romania)
  • Sodexo (Sodexo Tourist Pass) Payment method with tickets or holiday card:
  • the online transaction through the holiday card is carried out through MobilPay (NETOPYA SISTEMS), transactions guaranteed by Visa and Mastercard
  • online or offline reservations through the holiday card are NOT refundable, they cannot be exchanged for money according to the legislation in force

Changes to any reservations must be made in writing to the e-mail address: [email protected] No change will be guaranteed until received in writing by HONOR VILLA. The rates resulting from the changes may vary, depending on the nature of the change, as well as the availability at the time of the change made to the reservations.

Any cancellation of the room reservation will be sent in writing to the e-mail address: [email protected] according to the conditions above. No cancellation will be guaranteed until received in writing by HONOR VILLA.
